This frame was torn completely down sent to the machine shop for vat, cleaning, and inspection. The crankshaft was polished and is in factory tolerance. Conn rods were polished and checked to be in factory tolerance. All seals, gaskets, o-rings, etc were replaced with new OEM parts. New OEM rod bearings, main bearings, sprockets, chain, oil pressure gauges, oil filter, sight glasses, lubricator pump, thrust plates, rod bushings, and crosshead pins were also installed.

The frame currently has D-0240 (46.1#) and D-0239 (32.5#) crossheads installed along with B-0468 (16.4#) and B-0314 (2#) crosshead nuts. It was balanced for 6″ RJ-DA and 3.625″ RJ-DA cylinders which were pulled for individual sale.
