Rebuild Notes
Engine was completely torn down cleaned, vatted, and bult back with new aftermarket parts including water pump, oil pump, and air cleaner.
Compressor was completely torn down, cleaned, vatted, and built back with new Ariel parts including a new oil pump, lube pump, and divider block. The crankshaft was rebuilt by Hartman Brothers. All cylinders were rebuilt including valves and packing cases, and new piston rods.
Unit has new suction and discharge piping on the first stage. We replaced the straight muffler with a larger silencer and built a new support over the cooler and added an expansion joint. Built new belt guards and replaced end devices where needed.
